how to buy online with click & collect

It’s easy, follow the 3 steps below. We will open at select times for collection.

step 1 - HEAD TO THE shop page

From this page, click on a product tile to see it closer up. Add the item to your cart, click the ‘Add to cart’ button. When you are ready to purchase everything in your cart, click the Green cart button and click checkout. Follow the pop-up instructions to make payment.

STEP 2 - CHECK YOUR EMAILS

1st Email Order Placed —This will show your order has been placed. Ignore any details about delivery address, we cannot deliver your order. The email will mention Digby Stride Ltd don’t panic, this is the Bauble Barn’s holding company.

2nd Email Order Completed — This will confirm your order has been prepared, packaged and checked. Please collect when you receive this email. You will need the Order ID to collect your lovely Christmas order.

step 3 - look up our OPENING TIMES

This is new for us, so we may need to adjust our openings times for collections.
